A 1930s lady's Rolex in steel, from the Art Deco moment when a dress watch was a small, precise piece of geometry for the wrist. The elongated tonneau case frames a silvered dial signed Rolex, with Arabic numerals and a stepped chapter ring, worn on a slim steel link bracelet. Hand-wound, slim and free of ornament, it lets proportion do the work: an honest survivor of pre-war watchmaking.
